Were looking for passionate, NPs, or PAs to join our clinical team and deliver exceptional, patient-first care.</p> <p>What Youll Do:</p> <p>As a LaserAway Aesthetic Nurse, youll provide elective, non-surgical treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and injectables in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment. This is not a sales rolebut your clinical care and patient education play a key part in retention and results.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver FDA-cleared treatments with precision and care </li><li>Educate patients on procedures, post-treatment expectations, and long-term care </li><li>Document treatments accurately using clinic software systems </li><li>Collaborate with your Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to optimize schedules and maintain seamless clinic operations </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the LaserAway brand standard </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Clinics are open 7 days a week </li><li>Must be available for 56 weekend shifts per month </li><li>Schedules are published one month in advance </li></ul> <p>Training Program:</p> <ul> <li>Paid onboarding program with virtual, in-clinic, and self-paced learning </li><li>Starts with core treatments and gradually expands across our full service menu </li><li>Training pay: $20/hour during hands-on learning sessions </li><li>Full clinical rate begins after initial sign-offs </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active NP, or PA license in the state of employment (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience required (excluding nursing school clinical rotations).</p> </li><li> <p>This position is not open to new graduates; applicants must have post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital or similar acute care setting.</p> </li><li> <p>Confidence in using digital tools and following protocols</p> </li><li> <p>Strong energy and adaptability in fast-paced settings</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Background:</p> <ul> <li>Ideal candidates have experience in acute care, med-surg, ICU, ER, or a related hospital setting. </li><li>Home health, skilled nursing, and rehab facility experience may be considered if it includes substantial hands-on patient care in a high-volume setting. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive hourly base rate (confirmed during interview) </li><li>Commute and weekend differentials </li><li>Paid training, PTO, and holidays </li><li>Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with 4% match </li><li>Exclusive access to free and discounted LaserAway treatments </li></ul> <p>Your Future Starts Here:</p> <p>Many of our Lead Clinicians and Regional Clinical Trainers began in this role.
