May attend monthly quality, safety and other committee meetings. </li><li>Collaborates with DON on maintaining a high level of service and quality nursing care. </li><li>Collaborates with DON to ensure adequate orientation, training, supervision and evaluation processes for all staff members. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing or relevant state licensure required. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. </li><li>Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and psychiatric patients across the lifespan preferred. </li><li>Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities. Leadership experience preferred. </li><li>Current unencumbered RN license to practice by the State Board of Nursing. </li><li>CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact. </li></ul> <p>Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this annual rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this annual rate.</p>
