<p>Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Warranty Representative.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone/email). </li><li>Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone/email). </li><li>Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution. </li><li>Develop Troubleshooting documents. </li><li>Learn product line from frame to final. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs </li><li>Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems </li><li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network </li><li>Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given </li><li>Willingness to learn many different components of a RV </li></ul> <p>Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
