<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Executive Coordinator will provide high-level executive support, manage projects, coordinate Board operations, support parent engagement, and oversee key budgets and events. This role blends administration, project management, liaison responsibilities, and event coordination, ensuring the executive team's priorities are supported efficiently.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide executive administrative support: manage calendars, priorities, and communications. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of communication between the executive office and staff. </li><li>Lead and support strategic projects, including scheduling meetings and managing conference room logistics. </li><li>Oversee Board operations: board scheduling, agendas, board reports, and committee follow-ups. </li><li>Act as a liaison to the Board, staff, families, and charter authorizers. </li><li>Support parent engagement, including student appeals and resolving family concerns. </li><li>Manage executive office budgets and purchase orders (POs). </li><li>Coordinate and support district-level and organizational events, including board and executive meetings. </li><li>Handle daily office operations: answering phones, multitasking, and ensuring smooth workflow. </li><li>Draft and prepare executive-level communications, reports, and presentations. </li><li>Apply attention to detail and problem-solving skills in all tasks. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. </li><li>3+ years of experience in executive administration, project management, or strategic operations. </li><li>Experience supporting boards of directors and senior leadership is preferred. </li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills. </li><li>Experience providing administrative support for projects and coordinating meetings. </li><li>Ability to communicate across organizational levels, including families and charter authorizers. </li><li>Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information. </li><li>Preferred skills: Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Canva. </li></ul>
