<p>Description</p> <p>Responsible for providing Financial Planning & Analysis to the Regional Banking organization within the Consumer & Regional Bank. Partner with Segment and Finance Leadership teams to evaluate performance and drive segment results.</p> <p>Summary</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate financial performance of the Regional Bank, identify areas for improvement, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making. </li><li>Manage segment personnel changes through Workday Adaptive system; responsible for approvals of new positions, modifications, and job offers working collaboratively with HR and business partners. </li><li>Collaborate with incentive team partners to ensure accuracy of monthly incentive accruals. </li><li>Maintain financial forecast and budget tools, assist in the development of annual budgets and business plans based on the key drivers of the business and competitive environment. </li><li>Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for key processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiencies. </li><li>Prepare financial reports including monthly/quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting deliverables. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.</p> <p>Compensation Range:</p> <p>$70,000-$140000 Annual Salary</p> <p>The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
