Learn more about us at www.xerox.com.</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Xerox Corporation is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Lead ensures day-to-day excellence across delivery scheduling, shipping documentation, inventory control, returns logistics, and inter-warehouse collaboration. This role monitors the pipeline, coordinates drivers and third-party carriers, creates and tracks purchase orders, and partners closely with the shop and core warehouses to enable accurate, on-time, and cost-effective operations. The coordinator also trains team members remotely to build reliable coverage and operational continuity.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Review the daily delivery schedule and verify all shipment details prior to dispatch. </li><li>Print manifests and driver packets; ensure documentation is complete and accurate. </li><li>Process outbound equipment shipments and correct any discrepancies on shipping paperwork. </li><li>Coordinate with drivers on routing and special instructions. </li><li>Monitor and respond to email inquiries and operational requests throughout the day. </li><li>Partner with delivery coordinators (DCs), sales representatives, and core warehouses to resolve needs and requests. </li><li>Track the daily schedule and pipeline on an hourly cadence; escalate risks proactively. </li><li>Create purchase orders for equipment needed through the pipeline. </li><li>Preorder PREO equipment orders when required. </li><li>Enter newly received equipment into assigned bin locations and ensure timely handoff to the shop. </li><li>Communicate shop priorities and due dates to meet schedule commitments. </li><li>Link equipment post-unboxing and update status to reflect shop processing. </li><li>Respond to urgent issues and special requests; communicate clearly with stakeholders. </li><li>Train warehouse operations team members. </li></ul> <p>What You Need to Succeed:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations (or equivalent experience). </li><li>Working knowledge of warehouse workflows: receiving, binning, picking, staging, shipping, and returns. </li><li>Experience creating purchase orders and managing shipping documentation (manifests, BOLs, RAs). </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word); Excel proficiency with lookups and PivotTables. </li><li>Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and inventory control practices (cycle counts, variance analysis). </li><li>Experience coordinating with third-party carriers and scheduling pickups/deliveries. </li><li>Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and operate effectively in both an in-person and remote environment. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years old. </li><li>Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 lbs. </li><li>Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment. </li><li>Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled. </li></ul> <p>How We Set You Up for Success:</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of warehouse safety and responsibilities. </li><li>Ongoing career development training. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation (hourly compensation and applicable overtime). </li><li>Comprehensive benefits offerings (including medical, dental, vision and life insurance). </li><li>Retirement Plan. </li><li>Paid holidays, personal choice days and paid time off. </li><li>A culture that offers flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. </li></ul> <p>#LI-DS1</p> <p>#LI-ONSITE</p>
