<p>Job Title</p> <p>Custodian II</p> <p>Department</p> <p>Housing Facilities</p> <p>Salary</p> <p>$27,750 - $28,982; commensurate with experience</p> <p>Job Summary/Basic Function</p> <p>Under close supervision, perform cleaning and maintenance of designated area for Housing and Residential Life. Duties will include: Sweep, mop, and buff stairs, corridors and floors; vacuum carpet; shampoo carpet; wash windows; polish furniture, clean woodwork. Pick up litter on campus. Empty trash and clean containers. Clean bathroom walls, floors, fixtures, and replenish supplies. Clean ramps on outside of buildings periodically using pressure washer. Clean kitchens; floors, fixtures, appliances, sink, etc. Clean laundry rooms. Perform minor maintenance as appropriate or assigned.</p> <p>Required Education</p> <p>High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.</p> <p>Required Related Experience</p> <p>Entry level; no experience required.
