<p>Location:</p> <p>Hybrid position in Quincy, MA.</p> <p>2-3 days a week onsite.</p> <p>Not open to fully remote candidates.</p> <p>Must-Have Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>5 years of experience. </li><li>Experience in Project Management and/or serving as Scrum Master. </li><li>Expert level in Jira and ability to generate meaningful and consumable dashboard from Jira data. </li><li>Expert level in organization of Jira requests to surface actionable data. </li><li>Expert level in Excel and PowerPoint. </li><li>Demonstrate ability in using AI toolkit (Microsoft CoPilot) to facilitate automate reports. </li></ul> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve the Solution Architecture organization and internal technology IT teams manage Solution Architecture organization processes. </li><li>Track progress and help the team achieve their commitments. </li><li>Progress monitored daily; when problems are identified, work with team to develop corrective actions. </li><li>Manage and report on Solution Architecture KPI and dashboards. </li><li>Ensure Solution Architecture team members understand Solution Architecture processes and support the team in following them. </li><li>Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. </li><li>Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt. </li><li>Run Solution Architecture office hours and daily stand ups. </li><li>Create and maintain a healthy Solution Architecture Sharepoint. </li><li>Create plan to enrich Solution Architecture Sharepoint and follow up with accountable Solution Architects. </li><li>Qualifications </li><li>Degree - information technology or business or related field. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). </li><li>Exceptional people skills.
