Solid models (CAD) provided for all builds.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and fabricate basic to complex holding fixtures for standard and irregular configurations.</p> </li><li> <p>Use basic inspection equipment to check parts per ANSI Y14.5. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. </li><li>3-Axis Machinist: We're looking for an experienced machinist with a background in aerospace, tooling, and high-precision prototype manufacturing: </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Mastercam programming for milling, create and modify Mastercam programs, including complex 2D and 3D toolpaths, using CAD models and engineering drawings </li><li>GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) inspection interpretation skills, conduct self-inspection and first article verification to ensure part compliance before release to our Quality Assurance team </li><li>Collaborate with engineers, planners, and quality personnel to refine processes and resolve manufacturing challenges </li><li>Deep understanding of feeds, speeds, cutter geometry, and material behavior </li><li>Must be able to lift & carry 50 pounds </li><li>An appreciation for demanding critically tolerance parts to fully support our ever-increasing customer base. </li><li>A customer driven mindset for their on-time delivery requirements. </li><li>Ability to work independently or with little supervision. </li></ul> <p>#LI-JL2Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>10 years or more related experience job shop machining with metals A-Z and plastics. </li></ul> <p>Pay Information</p> <p>Full-Time Salary Range: $75998 - $121597</p> <p>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
