Responsibilities include troubleshooting and performing preventive and corrective maintenance in areas such as carpentry, locksmithing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Will complete assigned work orders, ensure efficient facility operations, and communicate follow-up needs to supervisors.
