Join us in pushing the boundaries of innovation and making meaningful contributions to the field of LNPs!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and execute research projects focused on advanced analytical characterization for LNP formulations. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technologies to trailblaze the discovery of new LNP technologies and therapeutics </li><li>Establish and maintain productive collaborations and oversee and coordinate projects with CROs </li><li>Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in LNP formulation and analysis. </li><li>Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in LNP research. </li></ul> <p>Location: Billerica, MA, USA; Onsite</p> <p>Travel: <10%; International and Domestic travel as required by business</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>MS in a related life science or engineering discipline with a Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in LNP development OR </li><li>PhD in a related life science or engineering discipline with a Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in LNP development </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of LNP-related research engagement. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of nanoparticle analyses, including familiarity with advanced light scattering techniques, various spectroscopic techniques, DSC, SAXS/SANS, and liquid chromatography. </li><li>Extensive knowledge of various LNP formulation processes, including targeted LNP formulations. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
