Philosophy </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's (MA/MS) degree in mental health related field; </li><li>Five (5) years experience working within the mental health system </li><li>Two (2) years supervisory experience </li><li>LCSW/LPC preferred </li><li>Knowledge and experience working with mentally ill in imminent distress </li><li>Knowledge of the mental health field in NJ and commitment to the principles of wellness & recovery. </li><li>Knowledge of the County Court System preferred </li></ul> <p>All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
