<p>A Kforce client is seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant Controller in King of Prussia, PA. This individual will lead a team of Accountants, manage monthly close processes, and be a key cultural change agent. This is a highly visible, onsite leadership role reporting directly into executive finance leadership.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the month-end close process for a $350M division </li><li>Supervise, develop, and mentor a team of Accountants </li><li>Drive process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations </li><li>Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls </li><li>Serve as a change leader to foster a performance-driven culture </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and senior leadership* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field </li><li>Active CPA license </li><li>5-7 years of experience, including 2+ years of Big 4 public accounting </li><li>Demonstrated career progression </li><li>Proven leadership and management experience </li><li>Strong initiative and hunger for growth </li><li>Proficiency in JDE or Oracle ERP systems is a bonus </li></ul>
