Join our committed team and help shape the future we envision.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Position Highlights:</p> <p>The position serves as the senior level administrator for the day-to-day operations of Moffitt's four retirement plans including vendor management and oversight, annual plan audit and compliance testing coordination, account reconciliations, contribution funding, annual true-up calculations and participant communications.</p> <p>The position serves as the secretary for the Retirement Plans Committee assisting the Chair with meeting preparations and required decisions for the committee. They interpret plan documents and consult with internal and external legal counsel to ensure ongoing plan compliance and adherence to ERISA.</p> <p>They serve as the primary contact for Moffitt team members and leadership, retirement plan vendors and other external contacts.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Oversight & Administration</p> <ul> <li>Serves as primary contact and liaison for Moffitt leadership and team members, plan record-keeper and retirement plans advisor/consultant. </li><li>Provides administrative support and retirement plan subject matter expertise to the Retirement Plans Committee </li><li>Maintains Moffitt's retirement website with updated information and plan related materials and documents. </li><li>Assists management with budgeting process; understands departmental expenses, analyzes expenses and trends, and makes recommendations during budget process. </li></ul> <p>Eligibility & Contributions</p> <ul> <li>Reconciles contributions to payroll records and initiates funding through wire transfer to the retirement plan recordkeeper. </li><li>Undertakes the calculation of the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP) and true-up contributions annually. </li><li>Calculates and processes annual match true-up contributions annual employer contribution with accuracy. </li><li>Administers specific USF legacy benefit programs, such as the Transition Bonus. </li></ul> <p>Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Ensures all Moffitt retirement plans are in compliance with plan documents, laws and guidelines including timely completion and filing of 5500 forms, 8955-SSA, disclosures, etc. </li><li>Coordinates all aspects of annual plan audits and compliance testing. </li><li>Serves as liaison to retirement plan record-keeper, ERISA counsel and retirement plan consultant to ensure plans are administered properly, to gather information, to resolve plan issues and leverage opportunities to gain efficiencies. </li><li>Elevates issues and concerns regarding the retirement plan as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Participant Education & Communications</p> <ul> <li>Assists with creation, scheduling and presentation of retirement and financial wellness-related communication and education. </li><li>Delivers education to team members through the administrative functions plus coordinates center-wide educational opportunities for all participants. </li></ul> <p>Credential and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related Field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience administering qualified and non-qualified employee retirement plans (7+ years preferred) including analysis, communication, compliance and problem resolution. </li><li>Business functional knowledge in Human Resources and employee retirement plans. </li><li>Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel; proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; knowledge of Microsoft Access preferred. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills required. </li><li>Previous experience in healthcare, hospital and/or not-for-profit preferred. </li></ul> <p>Share:</p>
