<ul> <li>Lead morning safe start meetings and cover safety topic. </li><li>Drive 5S standards. </li><li>Oversee and ensure all employees are properly trained in maintenance standards and process. </li><li>Manages day to day maintenance work according to the PM schedule and ensures all company safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures are followed. </li><li>Work with the Salary Supervisor to develop PM schedule for all plant equipment. </li><li>Work with quality and production teams to identify areas for continuous improvement. </li><li>Read and follow plans, material lists and guidelines and apply necessary timelines. </li><li>Responsible for placing and expediting orders for PM schedule and examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Maintain parts and supply inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed equipment, parts, and supplies; place and expedite orders; verify receipt. </li><li>Prepare, review and finalize maintenance reports and provide Manager. </li><li>Plan and lead installation of new production equipment and required infrastructure with the guidance of Manager. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>At least 7+ years of experience in maintenance </li><li>Prior leadership experience, preferred </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and understanding of 5S process</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to use Microsoft applications - Excel and Word </li><li>Demonstrate ability to identify problems within a process and to develop feasible solutions </li><li>Demonstrate ability to prioritize, work efficiently, problem solve and work positively within a team </li><li>Ability to make decisions using good judgment and discretion </li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy </li><li>Effective records management techniques </li></ul> <p>Ability to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.</p>
