We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and can commit to a full-time office role. Responsibilities Retrieve and audit daily orders inputted into the shared drive by all Project Consultants/Technicians and save to the data management systems. Create workorders within the data management system. Work in conjunction with Home Owner Associations and permitting to track progress to ensure approvals for ordering. Conduct 'Ready to Order' entry and reporting in/from systems to determine product order capacity. Audit orders uploaded by Technicians to OMS for releasing orders to Que. Verify order confirmations for accuracy and download from order data systems to OMS. Scan all verified orders into order management system. Work closely with internal departmental teams. Qualifications Ability to work with high volume data entry tasks. Time Management and organizational skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
