<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Campus Center, housed within Hammond Hall, has been student-run since 1977 and has grown significantly over the past four decades; many changes have been made as the needs of our students change and grow. This building, however, still serves its original purpose and offers itself as a place where students can spend time socializing and expanding themselves outside the classroom. Hammond Hall houses everything from offices and services for students to the Gallucci-Cirio Library and the North Street Bistro.</p> <p>The Game Room is an area of the Campus Center and the Staff reports to the Manager of the Game Room and the Assistant Director of Campus Center Operations.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be able to perform the following duties:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with operation of the Game Room. </li><li>Provide friendly, quality, customer service to patrons. </li><li>Track Student Attendance in the Game Room. </li><li>Maintain an inventory and sign-out process of equipment. </li><li>Clean and make minor repairs to current equipment. </li><li>Assist in the planning, promotion, and implementation of any events held in or in collaboration of the Game Room. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. </li><li>Maintain a working knowledge and willingness to learn about the Game Room's services and equipment. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Candidate should possess strong computer and typing/record-keeping skills and have effective verbal and written communication skills.</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Shift Information:</p> <ul> <li>20 hours/week </li><li>flexible schedule </li><li>$15.00/hour </li></ul> <p>Fitchburg State University strongly recommends that all employees are vaccinated against COVID-19 before they begin employment.</p> <p>Application Instructions:</p> <p>Please click CONTACT US if you need assistance applying through this website.</p> <p>Please click here to login to check/edit your profile or to upload additional documents.</p>
