With a strong worldwide presence and a workforce of 34,000 individuals across 25 countries, we prioritize attracting top talent.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>In this position you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of Textron's talent management processes and programs, including internal talent movement, succession planning, and performance management, to ensure that HR, employees, and leaders are equipped with best practices and direction for Enterprise talent strategy. Through partnership with our internal customers in the Business Units and across functions you will ensure that our programs and processes are satisfying the needs of the business and driving results.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the Textron Talent Review process by supplying the Business Units with the necessary information and resources for our leaders to engage in robust talent discussions. Create and publish talent review materials and supporting documentation to executives and use discretion and strategic decision making to ensure the success of the reviews.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the Performance Management Process by partnering with HRIS, Talent Analytics, Compensation, and BU stakeholders to ensure all processes run smoothly for a seamless experience for managers and employees</p> </li><li> <p>Manage ongoing communication with BU Talent Review Coordinators and Performance Coordinators to ensure the sharing of information and consistent processes/ messaging across all businesses</p> </li><li> <p>Provide talent management training, support, and resources to HR Business Partners, HRLT, managers, and employees.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a primary point of contact for our Talent Management System (Success Factors) and provide exemplary customer support in partnership with our vendor and IT Business Partner including:</p> </li><li> <p>Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Identification, research and implementation of new capabilities, enhancements and system simplification</p> </li><li> <p>Identification and escalation of issues</p> </li><li> <p>Coordination of system updates and upgrades, including maintenance of test scripts and user acceptance testing</p> </li><li> <p>Maintenance and monitoring of performance and succession audits</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct internal and external benchmarking and process evaluation to develop and propose recommendations for simplifying and improving our talent and performance management processes as well as providing new and innovative products to our customers; Create and execute project plans for approved program recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Communications to develop and deploy engaging messaging to highlight the Textron talent strategy across the enterprise</p> </li><li> <p>Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>SKILLS/COMPENTENCIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to manage and balance day-to-day activities with project initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work with all levels of leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Solid problem-solving abilities with a drive for results</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to look at processes with a creative lens</p> </li><li> <p>Learning and organizational agility</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous improvement mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Project planning</p> </li><li> <p>Strong customer service skills</p> </li><li> <p>Business Acumen</p> </li><li> <p>Systems Savvy</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in related field</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated project coordination experience</p> </li><li> <p>1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a talent related field</p> </li></ul> <p>At Textron, we believe that thriving at work starts with balance.</p> <p>That's why we offer more than just a job-we provide a workplace where your well-being matters.
