<p>PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.</p> <p>The Retail Facilities and Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing day to day maintenance activities for the Retail Stores. The position reports to the Retail Facilities and Maintenance Manager. The individual is experienced in a variety of hands-on maintenance activities, works in a safe-manner, is mechanically inclined with a variety of tools and has excellent attention to detail in their work.</p> <p>On a daily basis the Retail Facilities and Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Facilities and Maintenance Manager in all maintenance aspects. The Facilities and Maintenance Technician will also work closely with the managers in the Retail Stores to ensure their needs are met.</p> <p>Pay for this position ranges from $19 - $25/hour</p> <p>Essential Functions/ Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Painting, spackle, wall/door/flooring repairs </li><li>Commercial electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and maintenance </li><li>Commercial Refrigerator maintenance </li><li>Doors, locks, and window maintenance </li><li>Facility equipment installation and troubleshooting as required </li><li>Preventative maintenance on facility infrastructure and systems (i.e. water systems, HVAC, pest control systems, fans, cleaning equipment, etc.) </li><li>Office area and furniture maintenance, assembly, moving and modifications </li><li>Light fixture maintenance, and re-lamping </li><li>Maintain Work Area and shop in a neat and orderly fashion </li><li>Light snow and ice removal/salting on grounds as required/general landscaping </li><li>Other day to day maintenance/general cleaning activities as required </li><li>Drive company/personal vehicle to and from shop and stores. </li></ul> <p>Competencies and Qualifications</p> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and effective communication, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team in maintaining and repairing facility systems and equipment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum </li><li>Previous facilities and maintenance experience required </li><li>Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, proper use of hand and electrical tools </li><li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail </li><li>Perform assigned duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry </li><li>State Law requires 21 years of age or older </li><li>State issued drivers license </li><li>Clean driving record for the past 3 years </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions/Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds or heavier with use of ladders and/or lifts </li></ul> <p>Notice: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
