This role emphasizes continuity of care, accountability, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; patient education; care coordination; and clinical decision-making across the ambulatory setting. The position includes delegation and supervision of support staff per regulatory standards. Current Massachusetts RN license requiredJob Description:1. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
