Now is an exciting time to join Victoria's Secret and the in-house Media team as we grow and evolve our approach to paid media and advertising.</p> <p>As Manager of Affiliate & Partner Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to lead the affiliate marketing channel, program, and campaigns. You will evolve and optimize the affiliate program and partner diversification strategy, grow influencer and creator marketing campaigns, and build new and existing partnerships and relationships with affiliates and partners. Additional responsibilities can include sponsorships, co-marketing, content marketing, and related opportunities. Here, you'll be empowered to perform, grow, and engage through unmatched opportunities to develop your skills, gain real-world experience, and learn from the best in the business.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead planning, execution, and analysis of affiliate and partner marketing programs and campaigns</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, activate, and optimize full-funnel media plans and marketing strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate closely with PR team to grow affiliate influencer and creator marketing campaigns</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multi-million-dollar budget and relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers</p> </li><li> <p>Create monthly expense forecasts for affiliate marketing channel</p> </li><li> <p>Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current on the latest marketing trends, identify new and emerging advertising opportunities, and influence innovation</p> </li><li> <p>Coach and manage direct-report media specialist</p> </li></ul> <p>Click here for benefit details related to this position.</p> <p>Minimum Salary: $126,700.00</p> <p>Maximum Salary: $172,935.00</p> <p>VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Your Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field</p> </li><li> <p>5-7 years of experience in digital marketing required</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and partner marketing required</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with influencer and creator platforms preferred, including BrandCycle, Collective Voice, LTK, MagicLinks, Mavely, or ShopMy</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with affiliate networks and platforms (e.g. CJ, etc.) or related ad tech and platforms preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience within a retail organization preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Mix of business, creative, and technical acumen</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading direct reports, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships</p> </li><li> <p>This role can be based in either our Reynoldsburg, OH (Columbus area) or New York, NY offices</p> </li><li> <p>As a hybrid role, the person in this role will be expected to be in office two days during the week, typically Wednesday and Thursday</p> </li><li> <p>Occasional travel involved</p> </li></ul> <p>We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
