This position leads all activities relating to optimizing assortment and space management for assigned categories and customers by using a broad set of analytical tools.</p> <p>What's on the menu?</p> <ul> <li>Own and execute a best-in-class modular reset process for Walmart, including prepping, drawing, and submitting planograms </li><li>Identify ways to make the planogram drawing process more efficient, utilizing automation techniques (scripts, ShelfIQ, Alteryx) </li><li>Aggregate and train on best practices developed across the category leadership team </li><li>Draw key insights and business recommendations on distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotion by analysis of customer & syndicated data </li><li>Develop and integrate consumer, shopper, and retailer insights to better advise targeted strategies, plans and decisions </li><li>Integrate data to develop impactful customer-specific selling stories in support of key category business-growing priorities </li></ul> <p>Recipe for success: Apply now if this sounds like you!</p> <ul> <li>I have applicable experience in consumer-packaged goods industry (Food or Beverage ideal) </li><li>I have demonstrated space management software skills (JDA & ShelfIQ ideal) </li><li>I have demonstrated retail POS, syndicated, and panel data knowledge (Luminate, IRI, & Numerator ideal) </li><li>I have a strong analytical and problem-solving capability </li><li>I have the ability to comprehend and sell space management concepts within the context of category management </li><li>I have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills </li></ul> <p>Please note: This job posting is just a preview of the full scope of the position.
