Our core values drive the decisions of our talented team every day and serve as a guiding direction toward that vision.</p> <ul> <li>We cheerfully work hard </li><li>We are individually empathetic </li><li>We keep our commitments </li></ul> <p>ABOUT YOU</p> <p>As a key member of the Facilities team, the Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational integrity of all buildings, grounds, equipment, and fixtures within their assigned region. This role will ensure that each facility is safe, secure, and compliant with all regulatory life safety requirements. Areas of responsibility may include safety, security, maintenance, facilities operations, and regulatory compliance. The Regional Facilities Manager will conduct on-site evaluations of each facility at least quarterly, with additional visits as needed based on operational demands.</p> <p>YOU WILL</p> <ul> <li>Oversee general building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, minor repairs, and electrical work within the ASC & dental Suites as well as any exterior related to lease terms. </li><li>Ensure preventative maintenance is completed on all Life safety Systems and critical equipment per required intervals by third party vendors. </li><li>Ensure the facility is in a sanitary, attractive, safe, orderly condition and in compliance with all CMS environment of care standards and accreditation requirements. </li><li>Ensure the facility maintains compliance with all regulatory standards (i.e., NFPA, OSHA, etc.) and accreditation requirements (i.e., CMS, TJC, AAAHC, state health department). </li><li>Provide regular communication / reporting to ensure effective and efficient operations to the executive leadership team and onsite facility administrator. </li><li>Ensure proper operations and maintenance of water systems, emergency electrical systems, back-up power generator and battery systems, sewage systems, primary electrical systems, telephone systems, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems, and heating and cooling systems. </li><li>Develop facility maintenance plans, timetables for completion, and recommendations for maintenance projects. </li><li>Serve as project manager for small-scale, short-duration projects. </li><li>Respond to facility fire and disaster situations immediately and assist per emergency plans. </li><li>Coordinate outside service vendors/contractors and maintenance staff to complete projects as assigned/necessary. </li></ul> <p>TRAVEL</p> <p>This position requires regular travel to facilities within the assigned region. Travel is typically 25%-50%, including quarterly on-site evaluations at each location, with additional visits as needed for project oversight, emergency response, or operational support. Occasional overnight travel may be required.</p> <p>YOU HAVE</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li></li><li>High School Diploma required. </li><li>Associate's degree or higher level of education in facilities management and or construction management or related technical field preferred. </li><li>Five or more years' construction/maintenance/Healthcare facility oversight experience preferred and considered in-lieu of degree. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Certification/Licenses</p> <ul> <li>Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) </li><li>Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) </li><li>OSHA 30-Hour Certification - General Industry </li><li>NFPA Life Safety Training / Certification </li><li>Certified Facility Manager (CFM) </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Work with a passionate, dedicated, and talented team in a growing organization committed to doing good </li><li>401k plan, including company match </li><li>Compensation - $85,000 - $100,000 / salary, annual </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL SETTING</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time, exempt position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed to support emergency repairs, facility inspections, or special projects.
