<p>Industry : Financial Services</p> <p>Location : Charlotte, NC</p> <p>Learning & Development Trainer - Product & System Changes</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Team Overview:</p> <ul> <li>From a high level this is a training team that trains on product changes. </li><li>This team works closely with product teams. </li><li>As a change is delivered in systems, this team collects change details and prepares training materials for operations teams and educates on the changes to the system. </li><li>This team is a repository for those changes and training materials </li><li>Currently there are 4 new change demand products and 12-13 other products where training is provided. </li><li>Training can be introductory or as a reminder of previous changes etc. </li><li>Specifics are collected and they work with SME's and product teams to create documentation to provide guidance on the training </li></ul> <p>Skills/Manager Notes:</p> <ul> <li>5 years of relevant experience minimum </li><li>Should have training experience in the past, that is the #1 requirement </li><li>The candidate will need to create materials and conduct trainings for a product management organization </li><li>Past experience working with technology teams </li><li>Traditional business consultants or technical writers can do the analysis, but these resources need to stand in front of 500+ people and orchestrate the training. </li><li>Someone who is just a technical writer or aware of the materials is not enough, they need to be adept at catching audiences </li><li>Prior product management knowledge is great, having knowledge of how product management works from start to finish at a high level is a good to have but the team is not seeking product management profiles, it is just the knowledge the team needs. </li><li>If they just have knowledge of SDLC that would be good enough, in addition to the training background </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills:</p> <ul> <li>People who can re-prioritize and balance multiple priorities </li><li>Multiple platforms are used, if this resource is aligned to a certain project, they may need to multi-task with other project </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Certifications in Learning and Development is a nice to have </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $47/hr on W2 - $52/hr. on W2</p> <p>The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
