Primary teaching responsibilities will be in the First-Year Writing Program with opportunities to teach in the Public and Professional Writing major/minor as appropriate. Teaching load is 4/4. Additionally, teaching faculty have a service requirement to be fulfilled within the department, college, and/or university. Writing Studies faculty are a diverse group of writers, educators, professionals, and artists who are committed to the teaching of writing and critical thinking to the students of Montclair State University.
