<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Reporting to the practice office manager and working under the direction of the physician(s), provides nursing care in accordance with the Hospital's nursing practice philosophy and guidelines. Provides exceptional support, care, and service to patient and patient families.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education</p> </li><li> <p>Graduate of a practical nursing program required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Physician office experience strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years experience in area of office specialty desired.</p> </li><li> <p>Licensure and/or Certification</p> </li><li> <p>Current license as a licensed practical nurse in Massachusetts required.</p> </li><li> <p>BLS healthcare provider required.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Basic nursing skills</p> </li><li> <p>Communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Basic knowledge of computers required.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read, write, and communication in English.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent customer service skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain confidential information required.</p> </li></ul>
