<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Samsung SDS America is looking for Senior Presales Solution Consultant for driving Zero Touch Mobility (ZTM) product to the US market. This role is a strategic, customer-facing lead responsible for designing, validating, and operationalizing enterprise-scale mobility lifecycle solutions that are commercially viable, technically sound, and execution-ready.</p> <p>This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers, assessing current-state mobility and device management processes, aligning them to industry best practices, and translating optimized workflows into our Zero Touch Mobility for ServiceNow solution.</p> <p>The Presales Solution Consultant partners closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to accelerate revenue growth, improve deal quality, and ensure consistent, high-quality transitions from presales to implementation.</p> <p>This is a 100% remote US-based role.</p> <p>Samsung SDS is the digital arm of the Samsung group and a global provider of cloud and digital transformation innovations. We enable our customers in government, financial services, healthcare, and other industries to drive business</p> <p>Key Objectives</p> <ul> <li>Drive revenue acceleration through advanced solution leadership. </li><li>Assess alignment between customer needs and solution value and validate business opportunities </li><li>Ensure early and sustained alignment between customer processes, ZTM capabilities, and delivery execution. </li><li>Elevate customer confidence through executive-level discovery and solution validation. </li><li>Establish standardized solutioning methodologies and governance. </li><li>Act as a senior technical and process authority within the ZTM organization. </li></ul> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <p>Opportunity Qualification & Strategic Validation</p> <ul> <li>Lead opportunity qualification in partnership with Sales leadership. </li><li>Validate strategic alignment, business drivers, and enterprise readiness. </li><li>Identify and engage executive sponsors and decision-makers. </li><li>Assess technical, operational, and commercial feasibility. </li><li>Influence pursuit strategy and investment decisions. </li></ul> <p>Discovery, Process Consulting & Solution Architecture</p> <ul> <li>Lead executive-level and operational discovery workshops. </li><li>Document and analyze current-state ("as-is") workflows and ecosystems. </li><li>Evaluate customer processes against ZTM and industry best practices. </li><li>Identify inefficiencies, governance gaps, and compliance risks. </li><li>Advise customers on process redesign and transformation. </li><li>Define optimized future-state ("to-be") process models. </li><li>Translate approved processes into ZTM orchestration and automation workflows. </li><li>Validate end-to-end feasibility, scalability, and governance. </li><li>Develop enterprise implementation and rollout strategies. </li><li>Assess if solution fits customers problem. Can assess the gap and articulate if the opportunity is viable. </li><li>If opportunity requires customization, is able to work with the delivery team to assess the scope and cost. </li></ul> <p>Proof of Concept / Proof of Value Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Determine strategic use of POCs/POVs to maximize win probability. </li><li>Lead complex validation programs and technical pilots. </li><li>Ensure demonstration of measurable financial and operational impact. </li><li>Engage product and delivery leadership in validation activities. </li><li>Institutionalize successful validation approaches. </li><li>Is capable to perform minor configuration of the product to showcase capabilities to customers </li></ul> <p>Proposal Leadership & Commercial Alignment</p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end solution proposal development in association with Sales personnel. </li><li>Align pricing, cost models, and margin targets with Finance. </li><li>Define delivery scope, governance, and resourcing models. </li><li>Produce executive-ready solution documentation, including: </li><li>Solutioning Reports </li><li>Business Value Assessments </li><li>Architecture Summaries </li><li>Guide deal positioning and negotiation support. </li></ul> <p>Sales Enablement & Practice Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a senior technical authority for ZTM sales engagements. </li><li>Establish standardized templates and frameworks. </li><li>Contribute to solution governance and best-practice development. </li><li>Support design and validation of the demo and POV environment for each product release </li></ul> <p>Presales-to-Delivery Governance</p> <ul> <li>Lead structured handover and transition governance. </li><li>Ensure integrity between proposed and delivered solutions. </li><li>Support delivery escalation and optimization efforts. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement across presales and delivery interfaces. </li></ul>
