<p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members </li><li>Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift </li><li>Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians </li><li>Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians </li><li>Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves </li><li>Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift </li><li>Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines </li><li>If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Attention to Detail </li><li>Highest Level of Communication, </li><li>Ability to give work instructions to all single serve teammates </li><li>Willingness to train and further knowledge of Machine Operations </li><li>Ability to improve performance of production equipment and obtain highest levels of efficiency and low levels of production waste </li><li>Ability to train and give constructive criticism to further personnel knowledge of machinery </li><li>Collect data for daily reporting to upper level management </li><li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Microsoft Office Experience. </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer / Vets / Disabled</p>
