<p>LaSante Health Center, a community-focused FQHC serving Brooklyn, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW to provide evening and weekend behavioral health services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values quality care, teamwork, and serving a diverse Medicaid population.</p> <p>Hours:</p> <ul> <li>12+ hours/week, can be fully in-person or hybrid </li></ul> <p>Pay:</p> <ul> <li>$60-$70/session </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain compliance with LaSante Health policies and procedures. </li><li>Complete medical record documentation in a timely fashion. </li><li>Secure Releases-of-Information with patient or legally authorized representative's permission. </li><li>Perform individual and family intakes. </li><li>Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults. </li><li>Conduct individual and/or family assessment and treatment for assigned cases. </li><li>Contribute to team meetings and clinical rounds if applicable. </li><li>Participate in appropriate training and research opportunities on the assigned service. </li><li>Collaborate effectively with assigned discipline or clinical head for supervision and training goals. </li><li>Engage in ongoing professional development and self-care through in-service training, supervision, and workshops. </li><li>Demonstrate understanding of developmental tasks and special needs for children, adolescents and adults </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Licensure as an LMSW/LCSW/LMHC in New York State </li><li>Pediatric provider preferred </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills </li></ul>
