This is a hybrid position requiring in person services routinely. Join us in a role that combines professional growth with the fulfillment of contributing to community well-being.</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidate MUST have a bachelors degree and 12 units in an ABA Master's program or be pursuing a BCBA credential</p> <p>Why Join us?</p> <ul> <li>Flexible schedule available </li><li>Streamlined telehealth systems and EMR for ease of documentation </li><li>Supportive leadership and clinical compliance team </li><li>Competitive pay with consistent client caseload opportunities with increase rate if other responsibilities arise </li><li>Focus on collaboration, integrity and professional growth </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct structured and comprehensive parent training sessions tailored to family needs both individually and/or in a group setting. </li><li>Provide individualized caregiver education on skill generalization, reinforcement, and behaviroal management. </li><li>Document session content, caregiver progress, and recommendations in accordance with Georgia Medicaid and company standards. </li><li>Collaborate with child's treatment team to ensure continuity of care. </li><li>Maintain timely and accurate billing documentation and session notes. </li><li>Collect and analyze data on caregiver goals. </li><li>Ensure all services meet ethical and compliance requirements (BACB, Insurance and HIPAA). </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must have a Bachelor's Degree and 12 units in an ABA Master's program. Must be enrolled in Master's program Be eligible to provide telehealth as well as in-person training for cases that require more assistance </li><li>Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing ABA parent training or family guidance </li><li>Excellent verbal communication and telehealth engagement skills </li><li>Reliable internet connection and ability to maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant sessions </li></ul> <p>About our Line of Business</p> <p>SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, offers a holistic approach and integrated care for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resources.
