<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The CVT Assembler will be responsible for assembling Sun Hydraulics' high-performance cartridge valves through documented assembly procedures ensuring that build meets engineering specification.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform assembly on cartridge valves working with very small parts </li><li>Performing repetitive assembly tasks on order quantities from 50-200+ </li><li>Ensuring process procedures are followed to maintain high quality of production while meeting work area quotas </li><li>Developing knowledge of Sun product lines while learning to read blueprints and schematics </li><li>Housekeeping of assembly area such as sweeping and vacuuming area before the next shift </li><li>Communicating progress of incomplete work orders and issues to next shift </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to learn and grow through Sun Hydraulics </li><li>Ability to function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment </li><li>Ability to follow directions </li><li>Ability to read drawings and blueprints is a plus </li><li>Excellent attention to detail </li><li>Team player mentality </li><li>Positive attitude </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent is preferred </li><li>Manufacturing experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of standing (6-8 hours) </li><li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds </li></ul>
