<p>Community Health Alliance is looking for full-time Pharmacy Revenue Integrity Specialist. Job Summary: The Pharmacy Revenue Integrity Specialist is a hybrid pharmacy-finance role responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and optimized revenue capture for all pharmacy-related services across CHA. This position drives the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical revenue integrity, including charge accuracy, RX rebate submission and reconciliation, 340B program revenue optimization, compliance oversight, claim review, and financial collaboration. The Specialist serves as a liaison between Pharmacy, Finance, Revenue Integrity, Compliance, IT/EHR, Managed Care, and clinic operations to standardize workflows, improve revenue-related processes, and maintain regulatory compliance. The position requires a highly analytical self-starter who can independently identify opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure CHA receives full and timely financial benefit from rebates, billing, and reimbursement programs. This is an employee benefit paid and sponsored by CHA.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of pharmaceutical billing, 340B, rebates, and pharmacy operational workflows. </li><li>Proficiency with pharmacy systems and Excel or analytical tools. </li><li>Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and create actionable insights. </li><li>Strong knowledge of payer requirements, healthcare financial principles, and revenue cycle functions. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to reconcile financial variances and resolve discrepancies. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to educate stakeholders and explain complex information clearly. </li><li>Ability to independently manage high volumes of work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. </li><li>Knowledge of regulatory standards including CMS, HRSA/340B, HIPAA, and state pharmacy regulations. </li></ul> <p>Education and Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Required</p> <ul> <li>More than 3 years of pharmacy practice, including experience in operations, billing, or compliance </li><li>Proficiency with Excel, pharmacy systems, and related databases </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>MBA, MIS/M, or healthcare informatics training </li><li>More than 10 years of pharmacy experience </li><li>Excel experience </li></ul>
