Job Summary: The Pharmacy Revenue Integrity Specialist is a hybrid pharmacy-finance role responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and optimized revenue capture for all pharmacy-related services across CHA. This position drives the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical revenue integrity, including charge accuracy, RX rebate submission and reconciliation, 340B program revenue optimization, compliance oversight, claim review, and financial collaboration. The Specialist serves as a liaison between Pharmacy, Finance, Revenue Integrity, Compliance, IT/EHR, Managed Care, and clinic operations to standardize workflows, improve revenue-related processes, and maintain regulatory compliance. The position requires a highly analytical self-starter who can independently identify opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure CHA receives full and timely financial benefit from rebates, billing, and reimbursement programs.
