<p>Anatomic Pathology Lab Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Oversee the daily operations of the dermatopathology lab, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate processing of specimens.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage laboratory staff and maintain quality control. </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. </li><li>Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures. </li><li>Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies. </li><li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. </li><li>Train and mentor laboratory staff. </li><li>Prepare reports and maintain records. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in histology and pathology. </li><li>Experience in lab management. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>HT or HTL Certification (ASCP). </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of lab management experience. </li><li>Degree required. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work will be conducted in a laboratory setting. This position offers the exciting opportunity to manage a new and large laboratory that supports dermatologists across 43 states.
