<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li><li>Salary: $76,032 - $95,040 plus annual target bonus </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Contributes to the day-to-day accounting operations for the company providing a broad range of accounting and finance support to the General Ledger and Cost Accounting Managers and Supervisors, as well as other key executives within the business</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and book journal entries and execute month-end close related tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with departmental Supervisors to review performance of Staff and Senior accountants related to work pertaining to their area and special projects</p> </li><li> <p>Review of accounting guidance (US GAAP) and proper application for relevant business transactions, including drafting of accounting policy documentation where applicable</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with other Finance stakeholders to assist in the development of annual business plans and monthly/quarterly forecasts, support annual internal and external audit processes and prepare financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Collect, analyze and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk, and communicating the optimal business decisions/actions</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7 plus years of specific experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
