Having been around for over 80 years, our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals in the communications industry.</p> <p>Position Summary: Anistar is seeking an experienced security technician to provide assistance with the installation and testing of various types of fire alarm and security systems.</p> <p>Scope of Work:</p> <ul> <li>Installation of fire alarm, burglar/intrusion alarm systems, and access control systems (e.g., Bosch, Honeywell, Silent Knight, EST, DMP, etc.) </li><li>Must be capable with device and panel installation, headend equipment, cabling, and able to connect to the network. </li><li>Fire stop various types of cable and security penetrations </li><li>Must have experience troubleshooting and providing technical support both on-site and remotely </li><li>Possess working knowledge of ANSI/TIA/EIA cabling standards and National Electric Code </li><li>Must be open to travel out of the local area for up to 2-4 weeks at a time. Hotel and per diem will be provided, as well as compensation for mileage and drive time. </li></ul> <p>Tools / PPE:</p> <p>Basic technician hand tools. PPE Provided.
