Service areas include: Orthopedics, Muscular dystrophy, Neurology including treatment of spasticity and Parkinson's Disease, Bariatrics, Suboxone (follow-up alcohol and drug rehabilitation), Pediatric development, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology and Concussion management.</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>This Nursing Care Coordinator/ Nurse Manager will assume 24 hour responsibility for coordination and delivery of nursing care services for the Specialty Care Clinic.</p> <p>Our Nursing Care Coordinator (Nurse Manager) will:</p> <ul> <li>Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continual professional growth </li><li>Manage, lead, and support the staff members of the unit, promoting safe nursing practice and intervening as needed </li><li>Serve as a clinical and technical resource and role model for staff, applying knowledge to daily practice </li><li>Participate in managing budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling </li><li>Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>Passion for leadership and nursing </li><li>5+ Years of acute care nursing (RN) experience required </li><li>1+ Years Nursing Leadership/Management experience preferred </li><li>Regulatory knowledge </li><li>Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree </li></ul> <p>Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree</p> <ul> <li>*must be currently enrolled or have completed MSN </li><li>Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration </li><li>Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>USD $113,100.00 - USD $138,450.00 /Yr.</p> <p>This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
