<p>We're seeking a motivated and friendly Communications Member Services role to join our team in a role that supports both our homeowners' association operations and the vibrant lifestyle of our community club. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and organized, with a passion for community engagement and facility excellence.</p> <ul> <li>Schedule, manage, and/or create all facets of internal member communication </li><li>Creates and distributes all regular member correspondence including but not limited to: -Monthly Member Newsletter, Club announcements, and seasonal procedural updates. </li><li>Manage club's website and social media content </li><li>Develop and produce content and assets for all media channels including website </li><li>Assist with external marketing campaigns </li><li>Creates and designs flyers, posters, website emails, newsletters, menus, brochures, creative copy, presentations, data entry, digital signage, and learns new applications as they may arise. </li><li>Generates content, manage, update and maintain overall activity on web page and all social media platforms </li><li>Develops and implements marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, etc. </li><li>Member Services Concierge tasks: emails, phone calls, and positive communications with members. </li><li>Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally, assisting members with questions, requests, and reservations. </li><li>Greet and interact with members in a warm and welcoming manner, creating a positive and friendly environment. </li><li>Provide helpful information about club amenities, events, and services, ensuring each member feels supported and valued. </li><li>Maintain a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset while working in a fast-paced, member-focused setting. </li></ul> <p>Education/Certificates/Licenses/Training:</p> <p>High school Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.</p>
