This role will be a key strategic partner to executive leadership and department heads, driving financial rigor across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring 7-10+ years of progressive finance experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of business performance metrics in a consumer goods or retail environment. This individual will be responsible for leading budget and forecast processes, evaluating business performance, mentoring junior team members, and guiding strategic decision-making.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and long-range strategic planning cycles, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment across functions </li><li>Own all financial reporting processes including monthly and quarterly business reviews, management reporting, and board-level presentations. </li><li>Deliver detailed variance analyses and performance reporting with clear, data-driven narratives and strategic insights. </li><li>Collaborate with the executive team and department heads to develop financial strategies that support company objectives, growth initiatives, and cost optimization. </li><li>Oversee the development of financial models to support scenario planning, product pricing, business cases, margin improvement, and M&A analysis. </li><li>Champion process improvements and implementation of reporting automation tools to streamline forecasting, analysis, and reporting. </li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers, providing recommendations to optimize results. </li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls; support audit readiness and documentation. </li><li>Coach and manage a growing FP&A team to support business scaling. </li><li>Act as a strategic finance advisor across the organization. </li><li>Other duties as assigned per department needs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred. </li><li>7-10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including experience in a leadership or people management role. </li><li>Korean-Bilingual required to communicate regularly with HQ. </li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required, strong proficiency with dashboards and scenario planning tools. </li><li>Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex financial data into business insights. </li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and business partnering skills. </li><li>Experience in consumer goods, retail, or beauty industries strongly preferred. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. </li></ul> <p>Our Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 DOE </li><li>15 days of PTO, 10 Paid Holidays Annually </li><li>Eligible for benefits first of the month following 30 days of hire </li><li>Company sponsored voluntary vision and dental plans </li><li>Employee Assistance Programs </li><li>Wellness incentive programs </li><li>50% off employee discount programs </li><li>Monthly catered lunches </li></ul> <p>The Crème Shop is an equal opportunity employer.
