<p>Big events, great experiences, and a front-row seat to game-day energy. The Event Coordinator brings our corporate events and company-hosted experiences to life, managing everything from planning through execution-including the company's stadium house for games and hosted events. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends to support business needs and create standout experiences. Must be 21 years of age or older.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, and execute large company-sponsored corporate events from concept through completion </li><li>Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site execution </li><li>Oversee scheduling, setup, operation, and teardown of the company stadium house for all games and hosted events </li><li>Coordinate catering, staffing, supplies, and event flow for stadium house events, including football game days </li><li>Provide on-site event support during company functions, which may include assisting with food and beverage service, including possible bartending responsibilities, in accordance with licensing and company policies </li><li>Coordinate catering, transportation, event rentals, and other event-related vendors </li><li>Review contracts and invoices to ensure accurate billing and budget adherence </li><li>Position requires nights and weekends, particularly during football season and key corporate events </li><li>Flexible schedule required based on event demands </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience coordinating corporate events, hospitality, or large-scale meetings </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously </li><li>Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills </li><li>High attention to detail and ability to anticipate event needs </li><li>Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in fast-paced or high-visibility environments </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
