Enabling people to lead purposeful working lives and organisations to become more productive, sustainable and profitable.</p> <p>Find out more about Ricoh Today</p> <p>As a Service Advantage Technician you will be providing customers with a professional and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair services on an increasingly broad range of equipment and devices that Ricoh support including audio-visual, network devices, servers, routers, smart lockers.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of Service Advantage products. </li><li>To embrace the core Ricoh value of Customer Centricity in ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time. </li><li>To drive self-improvement and continuous professional development to keep up with ever-changing demands in the technology sector and the rapidly expanding portfolio of products and services that Ricoh support. </li><li>To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties. </li><li>Management and control of stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses. </li><li>Strong fundamental understanding of IT and systems </li><li>Good problem-solving skills and a systematic approach </li><li>Good understanding of mechanical engineering </li><li>Valid UK driving licence is essential </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Good organisation and time management </li><li>Flexible approach to a varied and high-pressure workload </li><li>Strong desire to learn and develop </li><li>Willingness to embrace change in a rapidly moving industry </li></ul> <p>We receive a high volume of applications for our roles, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible</p>
