<p>Overview</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>At JG Wentworth, we are the Structured Settlement Industry leader, helping people access financial flexibility when they need it most- and we're looking for motivated, entry-level professionals to join our Sales Acquisition Specialist team. In this role, you will work with individuals who receive long-term settlement payments and are exploring options to convert those future payments into immediate cash through a court-approved process.</p> <p>In this consultative sales role, you'll serve as a trusted guide- educating clients, answering questions, and helping them navigate important financial decisions during times of stress or transition. meaningful impact early in their career.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Customer Engagement & Lead Management</p> <ul> <li>Contact warm leads and existing customers from the JG Wentworth database to understand their financial needs and present available solutions </li><li>Make 100-150 outbound calls per day to prospect new opportunities and respond to inbound inquiries </li><li>Build meaningful long-term relationships with customers-many clients return multiple times, allowing you to grow and maintain a strong book of business </li></ul> <p>Sales Process & Court-Guided Transactions</p> <ul> <li>Educate clients on the structured settlement process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism </li><li>Build trust with individuals who may be under financial stress and seeking guidance </li><li>Review settlement details including payment schedules, annuity issuers, and eligibility to help determine which payments can be purchased and at what value </li><li>Guide clients through the legal process by collecting documentation and coordinating with internal legal teams </li><li>Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline for current and future transactions </li><li>Balance sales performance with compliance, integrity, and customer advocacy </li></ul> <p>Training & Development</p> <ul> <li>Receive comprehensive training to ensure product mastery and sales success </li><li>Work in a structured environment where coaching, development, and performance growth are prioritized </li></ul> <p>Job Details:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full Time,Onsite role in Chesterbrook, PA</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm</p> </li><li> <p>Each Sales Representative works one half of a Saturday per month and this is taken away from the week, consistently earning 40 hours</p> </li><li> <p>Eligible for Health Benefits: Medical, Life, Vision, Dental, HSA, and FSA</p> </li><li> <p>Eligible for 401K plus an Employer match</p> </li><li> <p>Eligible for Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Full Compensation Package: Base Salary plus Commission</p> </li><li> <p>Commission is a Fixed Dollar amount plus a Variable Percentage from Spread</p> </li><li> <p>Bonus on large settlement transactions</p> </li><li> <p>Average Annual Take Home: 75K-85K or above, can be 60K-75K first year</p> </li><li> <p>Positive team culture and sales floor environment, allowing for competition while maintaining an encouraging atmosphere.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional earning potential based off front end production through
