As a Decision Scientist, Medicare Cross-sell, you will drive the next level of growth with CVS Health and Aetna with a bold new approach to total health; a national B2C healthcare brand reaching millions of prospects and members.</p> <p>Additionally, you will leverage data analytics to gain deep knowledge of the customer experience, consulting skills to help us attract new members, and break through insights to keep our current ones happy and healthy. As a member of the team, you will connect the marketing strategy and technical deployment of many different consumer and member journeys across multiple lines of our healthcare business.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop marketing audiences, set up test designs and strategies, and communicate out results for member cross-sell marketing programs </li><li>Create audiences based off trigger events and other business rules for both online and offline channels </li><li>Connect audiences to targeted media across multiple channels (email, direct mail, online) </li><li>Track marketing results across multiple touchpoints along the journey (web, call center, brokers) from consumer to member </li><li>Construct datasets for reporting and dashboards for monitoring retention marketing program progress across multiple touchpoints </li><li>Launch, measure and report on A/B and multi-variate tests to improve program performance across key performance indicators </li><li>Mine data for insights and performance improvement opportunities to continually enhance customer journeys </li><li>Anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur as well as thoroughly quality check work to ensure no deviation from stakeholder requirements </li><li>Engage with marketing stakeholders to understand go-to-market plans, support marketing strategies with data driven insights, and assist in planning for member growth </li><li>Effectively influence stakeholders and become a trusted partner that is indispensable </li><li>Communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners in a way that is easy for them to grasp and understand </li><li>Manage multiple work streams and projects using excellent time management and planning skills to measure on time deployment and high-quality results </li><li>Utilize excellent data storytelling techniques to create presentations and content that easily communicates answers to complex problems in a clear and compelling way </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of relevant analytic experience </li><li>1+ years of experience in SQL, intermediate to advanced level </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1+ years working with JSON data format </li><li>1+ years using Python </li><li>1+ years of exposure to Machine Learning (regression / classification / unsupervised) </li><li>1+ years with campaign journey platforms like Salesforce or Adobe </li><li>Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and methodologies to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources </li><li>Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling with in-depth specialization in some areas </li></ul> <p>Anticipated Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Time Type</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$86,520.00 - $173,040.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.</p> <p>Our people fuel our future.
