<p>Major Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on injection molding machines and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Change oil and filters on machines and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure safety devices and features are functioning properly.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records of all repairs and PMs as required by the Maintenance Department.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct maintenance and repairs on additional plant systems, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Lighting</p> </li><li> <p>Auxiliary equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with housekeeping standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Support manufacturing teams as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Actively participate in company safety programs and initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete special projects as assigned by the Facility Engineering and Maintenance Manager.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Vocational/technical certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance) highly preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of progressive maintenance experience, including at least 2 years as a Maintenance Technician. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills/ Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Strong mechanical aptitude </li><li>Effective oral and written communication </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Basic mathematical proficiency </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform physical labor in extreme temperature conditions. </li><li>Must have full range of body motion including twisting, bending, reaching, and squatting. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Must be able to mount/dismount and operate industrial equipment and vehicles. </li><li>Ability to stand and remain mobile for a minimum of 8 hours. </li></ul> <p>EEO-M/F/DISABLED/VETS EMPLOYER</p>
