We value the rich diversity that comes from blending local perspective with our global network.</p> <p>Lazard's Private Capital Advisory Group ("PCA") is a global leader in raising private capital and executing secondary transactions for investment managers. PCA interacts primarily with institutional investors (sovereign wealth funds, public funds, corporate pension funds, foundations/endowments, financial institutions, and asset managers). One PCA business line is Real Asset Fund Placement, which advises primarily real estate and infrastructure funds seeking to raise private capital. The team is experienced in working with both equity- and debt-focused managers across a range of investment vehicles, including closed and open-end funds, private REITs, and programmatic joint ventures.</p> <p>Analysts will work in tandem with Associates during the preparation of a transaction (i.e., drafting marketing materials such as a Private Placement Memorandum, preparing track record analyses, preparing the Virtual Data Room, etc.) and during the marketing and due diligence phases of the transaction (i.e., tracking investor outreach, facilitating and answering due diligence questions from potential investors, roadshow coordination, and other responsibilities as part of managing the transaction process).</p> <p>We'll trust you to:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including private placement memoranda, confidential information memoranda, projection models and investor presentation materials </li><li>Assist in the management of roadshow, travel and related logistics of capital raising activities </li><li>Communicate regularly with Lazard's institutional investor coverage professionals </li><li>Assist in preparing responses to investor due diligence requests </li><li>Maintain a database of investor commentary, feedback, and interest in a particular fund </li><li>Track market data to assist the group's communications with fund managers and limited partners </li><li>Prepare presentation materials for prospective clients </li><li>Analyze client investment performance information and assist in the group's due diligence investigations of prospective clients </li></ul> <p>You'll need to have:</p> <ul> <li>Current enrollment at a US university and obtaining a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date in December 2025 or Spring 2026 </li><li>Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, with expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>Proven academic excellence with excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy </li><li>Team player mindset with the ability to effectively collaborate with others </li><li>Ability to work independently and be self-motivated </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both to PCA deal teams and external clients </li><li>Strong ability to multi-task, as the role requires the balancing of multiple deals across the Real Assets vertical </li><li>High level of responsiveness with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a high quality work product </li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with training in the building of presentation materials and financial modelling </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>We strive to enhance the total health and well-being of our employees through comprehensive, competitive benefits.
