<p>Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Take parts orders form clients through phone and email correspondences </li><li>Provide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when needed </li><li>Identify and package parts for shipment via UPS or freight truck </li><li>Pull parts from production plant </li><li>Order parts on computer for vendors </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Basic computer skills 40-60 wpm preferred </li><li>Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures </li><li>Handle customer service by phone or in person </li><li>RV Technical knowledge is preferred, willingness to learn is required </li><li>Must be able to read and use a measuring tape </li><li>Previous power tool experience is beneficial </li><li>Ability to lift, or assist in lifting, packages up to 60 lbs </li><li>Forklift operating experience is a plus </li><li>Ability to construct wood crates using power nail gun and saws is a plus </li></ul> <p>Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
