If you're passionate about building strong business connections and driving growth, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Indirect Dealer Relationship Manager Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in specialized coursework, training or experience; at least two years' experience in the indirect lending business preferred </li><li>Demonstrated business development/sales experience required </li><li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred </li><li>Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record; local travel will be required </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn </li><li>Cooperative and teamwork mindset </li></ul> <p>Indirect Dealer Relationship Manager Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for attracting, retaining and growing indirect lending business with auto dealers utilizing an indirect sales approach </li><li>Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales and service goals </li><li>Liaison for the Indirect Lending Program to auto dealers through direct contact; present products, make recommendations, overcome objections and provide support and direction. </li><li>Travel throughout the SMCU service area approximately 80% of the time </li><li>Build and nurture positive relationships with auto dealerships through service excellence </li><li>Keep current on competition in the market; recommend Indirect Lending Program enhancements or adjustments </li><li>Attend various networking and promotional events </li><li>Work with car dealerships to implement marketing ideas, new policies and procedural changes </li><li>Responsible for determining business development opportunities and identifying cross-selling opportunities </li></ul>
