<p>St. Mary's Credit Union is seeking a dynamic and driven Indirect Relationship Manager to join our team. The Indirect Dealer Relationship Manager will be the key liaison between our credit union and auto dealers, nurturing existing relationships and forging new partnerships. If you're passionate about building strong business connections and driving growth, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Indirect Dealer Relationship Manager Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in specialized coursework, training or experience; at least two years' experience in the indirect lending business preferred </li><li>Demonstrated business development/sales experience required </li><li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred </li><li>Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record; local travel will be required </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn </li><li>Cooperative and teamwork mindset </li></ul> <p>Indirect Dealer Relationship Manager Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for attracting, retaining and growing indirect lending business with auto dealers utilizing an indirect sales approach </li><li>Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales and service goals </li><li>Liaison for the Indirect Lending Program to auto dealers through direct contact; present products, make recommendations, overcome objections and provide support and direction. </li><li>Travel throughout the SMCU service area approximately 80% of the time </li><li>Build and nurture positive relationships with auto dealerships through service excellence </li><li>Keep current on competition in the market; recommend Indirect Lending Program enhancements or adjustments </li><li>Attend various networking and promotional events </li><li>Work with car dealerships to implement marketing ideas, new policies and procedural changes </li><li>Responsible for determining business development opportunities and identifying cross-selling opportunities </li></ul>
