<p>#LI-KH1 #LI-Hybrid</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li>Review aged accounts to resolve with client or fix account in system </li><li>Resolve a full range of internal and external requests (i.e. discrepancies) </li><li>Assist with training on subject matter (i.e. commission accounting tasks) </li><li>Become proficient in the use of commission accounting system and understand the ramifications of data entered and its impact on the financial operations of the company </li><li>Additional responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications Required</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter</p> </li><li> <p>Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally</p> </li><li> <p>Effective customer service skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient use of applicable technology</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in team environment as well as independently</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities</p> </li></ul>
