This position is responsible for the sale of Johnson Brothers - Mutual Distributing products, supervises and supports sales staff for Raleigh and surrounding markets.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals </li><li>Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly </li><li>Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals </li><li>Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings </li><li>Monitors and evaluates products and activities of competition </li><li>Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledgeable of wholesale beverage industry </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>Minimum 3 years of field sales experience </li><li>Must qualify for an ABC Wholesale Salesman permit </li><li>Active NC issued drivers license and good motor vehicle record for last 3 years </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, negotiation skills, and attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Candidate must pass drug screen, physical and criminal background.</p> <p>Johnson Brothers is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fair treatment and hiring based on qualifications.
