<p>Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter</p> <p>Remote</p> <p>Contract - 1st Shift, 9/80</p> <p>Hours: 7:30am - 5 pm</p> <p>Pay Rate: $43.49/Hr.</p> <p>Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS: Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter</p> <ul> <li>US Citizenship </li><li>Bachelors degree and minimum of 4 years directly related experience or additional experience in lieu of degree </li><li>Solid recruiting experience targeting core Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, or Computer Science areas </li><li>Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions, ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level </li><li>Experienced in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, interview scheduling and closing candidates. </li><li>Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities within an applicant tracking system </li><li>Must be able to work as part of a geographically dispersed team. </li><li>Able to handle high volume recruiting </li><li>Skilled at partnering with managers to establish staffing plans in anticipation of new business </li><li>Ability to learn and adapt new recruiting ideas, processes, techniques, etc. and be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, and be adaptable/flexible </li><li>Must handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately </li><li>Have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints </li><li>Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases, </li></ul> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION: Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter Our client is looking for an Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter. In this role you will provide the highest level of talent acquisition services for the individual sector. You will have the opportunity to advance theclients brand across numerous markets and professional communities while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. Use your full life cycle recruiting experience to maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community.
