<p>Job Summary The Pricing & RGM Analyst is a dual-function role responsible for the operational execution of the Consumer Product Group's revenue strategies. Reporting to the Pricing Strategy Manager, this individual serves as the engine for pricing accuracy and strategy compliance.</p> <p>This position will manage the lifecycle of pricing-from executing complex NDPSR updates in our ERP to auditing price & promotion execution in the market. This role requires a high degree of precision in data management, the ability to analyze complex data sets, and the ability to act as a strategic partner to the Sales, Finance, and Billing teams.</p> <p>Essential Functions Pricing Operations</p> <p>System Integrity: Maintain and audit customer pricing tables within the CDI ERP (D365) to ensure 100% billing accuracy. Dynamic Pricing Updates: Lead the critical execution of NDPSR-based pricing updates for the Butter portfolio (every 4 weeks) and VNB (every 2 weeks). Price List Management: Manage and distribute official price lists for the Foodservice and VNB business units. Cross-Functional Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Billing team to resolve pricing discrepancies and inquiries. Brokerage & Commission: Update and maintain commission and brokerage reporting to ensure accurate third-party payments.</p> <p>Price & Promotion Compliance</p> <p>Base price gap maintenance: monitor base pricing and ensure we maintain gaps vs. competitors per strategy Promotion compliance: ensure promotions are planned and executed within stated guidance (depth, frequency, and DNUC floors). Analyze past promotions and recommend improvements to drive efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned</p> <p>Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>ERP/TPM Systems: Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and dedicated Trade Promotion Management software. Data Accuracy: demonstrated ability to create processes that ensure accuracy. Continuous improvement mindset: ability to identify better ways and challenge the status quo Advanced Excel: Expert-level skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex data manipulation). Syndicated Data: Knowledge of POS data (Circana/NIQ) to help validate trade performance. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to translate technical pricing data into clear instructions for Billing and Sales teams. Agility: Demonstrated ability to pivot between routine operational tasks and ad-hoc strategic analysis in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate good judgment when carrying out duties as assigned.</p> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or a related field OR 5+ years of relevant CPG experience in Pricing, Trade, Sales Finance, or RGM. 2 or more years of CPG experience preferred. Background in pricing/sales operations, RGM, or Sales Finance is preferred. Familiarity with the dairy industry and NDPSR pricing cycles is a significant advantage.</p> <p>Language Skills English is required as the written and spoken language. Equipment Personal protective equipment, including but not limited to hearing protection, bump caps, hair and beard nets, gloves, and safety glasses must be used in the performance of duties. Proper lifting techniques must be employed at all times.
